Positive, Great central location for exploring. Our twin studio had a well-equipped kitchenette, making meals easy. Clean rooms with enough space for our luggage. Loving the comfortable lobby for relaxing and good Wi-Fi for remote work.

A cozy stay with delightful touches

The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from major attractions. I loved the well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals, and the complimentary water and coffee amenities were a lovely surprise. The staff was friendly and full of smiles, ready to help when needed.

However, the lack of air conditioning made our nights a bit challenging. On hotter evenings, it could get stuffy despite the fan provided. The bathroom ventilation was also a concern, as odors tended to linger.

The stay was convenient for exploring Zurich, with easy access to key attractions like the Swiss National Museum and Lake Zurich. The kitchen in my twin studio was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare meals during my trip. The fast internet was a big plus, making it easy to stay connected while I roamed around. Although no air conditioning was a downside, the location tucked away from the busy streets was a redeeming feature, ensuring a peaceful night's rest.

Paid CHF 60 for a late checkout—first time experiencing that in many worlds I've explored. Room felt cramped, lacking even a single coffee capsule or teabag, and while a fan was provided when the A/C failed, it didn’t quite do the job. The late morning coffee option downstairs didn’t help with the early riser blues.
